About

Track what you did.
Not just what's left.

ToDidIt is a task app that measures what you finished, not just what's left. Every finish drops into your ToDid Log, a permanent record of the work that happened.

The Frame

Most task apps measure failure.

You open a task app at 5pm. There are twelve items on it. You finished four of them. The app shows you the eight you didn't. You close it feeling worse than when you opened it. The product measured what you didn't do, and ignored what you did.

ToDidIt flips the lens. The default view is what got done. The misses live in a quieter place. The math is the same. The frame is different.

Didi's take

Four solid finishes today. The pricing page closing the loop was the big one. Tomorrow's lighter, save the energy for the deeper review.

The Log

Finished tasks don't disappear.

In ToDidIt, every task you finish drops into your ToDid Log: a permanent, scrollable record of the work that happened. The Daily Win Recap reads it back to you every evening. Streak Intelligence notices when you're on a roll. Celebration Mode pops a small confetti burst when you finish a P1 or close a project.

None of this changes the work. What changes is what the app shows you when you put it down at the end of the day.

The Partner

Meet Didi.

Didi is the AI inside ToDidIt. She shows up across four layers of the app. None of them are chat-with-an-AI pages. Didi appears where the work is, does the thing, and leaves.

Capture

From thought to task

Brain-dump a meeting, forward an email, paste a URL, type a natural-language line like 'call Alex tomorrow at 3pm p1'. Didi turns it into the right shape and drops it into the right project.

Celebrate

The Log knows what you did

Daily Win Recap, Streak Intelligence, Project Health Score, Weekly Win Recap. Didi reads your finishes and tells you a true story about your momentum. Never breathless, never sycophantic.

Clarify

The next right move

Smart Due Dates that respect priority and workload. Description Writers that flesh out the scope. Stuck Sensor that notices tasks slipping before you do. Overdue Honesty that suggests reschedule, delegate, or delete.

Compose

The whole plan in one prompt

Project Blueprint takes a goal and drafts a full project tree. Tasks, subtasks, priorities, due dates, ready for review. Two hours of project setup, done in two minutes.

Why this exists

Built by someone who got tired of feeling behind.

I'm Jacob McDaniel. I run a small design and engineering studio called &Pixels in Austin, Texas, where I've spent the last decade shipping software for clients and watching every task app on the market accumulate dread in the inbox at the bottom-right of my screen.

The problem isn't the apps. It's the frame. When the default view is "everything not done," you end every day looking at a list of failures. I wanted the opposite. A view that says: here's what you finished, here's what's teed up for tomorrow, here's what Didi noticed. A scoreboard that knows what you've already done counts.

ToDidIt is what I built. I use it every day. If it works for you too, that's the whole point.

Less to-do. More to-did.
