What is a Task Template and how do I use it?
A Task Template is a reusable task tree that includes task titles, descriptions, tags, assignees, and nested subtasks up to three levels deep. Instead of recreating standard multi-step workflows, you can stamp a Task Template directly into any existing project, your Inbox, or under another parent task.
What are Description Starters and when should I use them?
Description Starters are reusable text snippets designed to standardize task descriptions. They help you quickly populate task details with consistent structures, such as acceptance criteria, bug report templates, or creative briefs. You can insert a starter into any task description field with a single click, or create your own custom starters to keep your work consistent.
Can I save my own templates?
Yes, three kinds, all in the Template Library. Description Starters are free on every plan. Project Templates and Task Templates are Squad and Business. If you move down to Free, everything you saved stays visible; you just need a paid plan to use it again.
