Billing, invoices, and cancelling

Payments run through Stripe. Manage the card, download invoices, switch monthly to annual, or cancel, all from workspace settings.

Settings, Workspaces has the billing actions for each workspace. Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can update the card, download past invoices, and change the billing cycle.

An account carries a single subscription that covers every workspace its owner owns. Running five client workspaces does not mean five bills.

Cancel any time from billing settings. The workspace keeps its paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. Your data stays put and your projects stay open. See the trial article for exactly what changes on Free.

Refill packs are separate one-time purchases and appear on their own receipts, not on the subscription invoice.

Billing is per workspace, so this always starts by picking which one you mean.

  1. Open Settings, then Workspaces.

Each workspace lists its own plan and its own billing actions. One account can hold a paid workspace and a free one at the same time, which is why there is no single account-level plan to change.

    Open Workspaces
  2. Upgrade, or open the billing portal.

A free workspace shows the upgrade options, monthly or annual. A paid one shows Manage billing, which hands you to Stripe for the card, the invoices, and the cancellation.

  3. Cancel in the portal, not by deleting things.

Cancelling leaves the workspace and its work in place; it drops to Free at the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting a workspace to stop a charge deletes the work too.
