Refills and Auto-Refill
Top up mid-month with a refill pack, nudge an admin to do it if you cannot, or switch on Auto-Refill and never see a pause.
By ToDidIt Product TeamUpdated
Buy a refill pack. They run from 500 To-Dids up to 100,000, and they stack on top of your monthly allowance rather than replacing it.
The full price list is on the To-Dids page, next to what each action costs, so you can work out a month rather than reading the two halves apart.
Members who hit the wall can nudge an admin with one click. The admin gets a notification with a refill button in it, so the fix is one action rather than a conversation.
Yes, with Auto-Refill. Switch it on and the account tops up when it runs low, so a team never hits a pause mid-sprint.
Watch out
It is off by default and stays off until you turn it on. A product that silently spends your money is not one we want to ship, so this is a decision you make rather than one you discover on a statement.

Billing, invoices, and cancelling
Payments run through Stripe. Manage the card, download invoices, switch monthly to annual, or cancel, all from workspace settings.
Plans
Free forever, Squad at $15 a month, Business at $35 a month. Flat per account, with unlimited teammates and unlimited workspaces on both paid tiers.
What happens if we run out mid-month?
AI pauses. Everything else keeps working.
