To-Dids: how AI usage is metered
A To-Did is the unit of AI cost. One Blueprint is 25, one Smart Due Date is 1. The meter in the top bar shows where you are.

Squad includes 500 To-Dids a month. Business and Lifetime include 1,000. The allowance belongs to the account and is shared across every workspace that account owns, so running five client workspaces does not mean five separate budgets to babysit.
It resets monthly. Unused To-Dids do not roll over.
Refills are a one-off top-up that stacks on your monthly allowance rather than replacing it, and the price per To-Did improves as the pack gets bigger.

What it costs

A small pill in the top bar, beside the notifications bell, showing the percentage used. Click it for the exact count, the progress bar and how many days until the reset.
It sits in the chrome on purpose. A budget you have to go and look up is one you find out about too late, so this is a glance rather than a page you visit.
The pill changes colour as you spend: quiet below 80%, orange-tinted from 80%, and red at 100% when the allowance is gone and the AI features pause. You should never be surprised by running out.
