- How much is overdue, both the count and its share of what is still open. Ten overdue out of twelve is a different project from ten out of three hundred.
- How long since anything moved. A project with no overdue tasks and no activity for weeks is not healthy, it is abandoned.
- What is still open against what is already done.
Hover the chip and it tells you. A health verdict with no reasoning is a number nobody trusts, so the reasons are never more than a hover away, and they are written as sentences rather than metrics.
The honest edge cases get their own answers rather than a misleading verdict: a project with nothing in it says "No tasks yet, so there is nothing to measure", and one where everything is finished says "Everything here is finished."
No. Project Health Score is deterministic arithmetic, not a model call, so it costs nothing, works on every plan including Free, and reads the same for everyone looking at the project. Two people never see a different verdict on the same work.
This is the line between the two halves of the product. Health, the Daily Focus Brief and the Stuck Sensor measure what is already there, and they are free. Didi writes things that were not there before, and that is what a To-Did pays for.
