All Tasks
The flat working list: project pills across the top, every task below, filters and bulk actions on hand. This is where the day's work actually gets done.
By ToDidIt Product TeamUpdated
There is not one, on purpose. A task captured without a project is not homeless: it appears here whenever the All pill is active, which is everything a dedicated Inbox screen would have shown you.
A separate Inbox is a second place to check that fills up when you stop checking it. This is the same list, so it cannot rot quietly in a corner.
Three things, and they compose.
- Filters and saved views narrow it to the question you are actually asking.
- Multi-select changes a pile at once. Shift click takes a whole range.
- The ToDid Log sits underneath, collecting what you close as you go.

Filters and saved views
Narrow a list by project, priority, due window and tag, then save the combination under a name you will recognize. Free on every plan.
Multi-select and bulk actions
Select any set of tasks and complete, move, re-date, re-prioritize, delete, or copy them out as Markdown in one go.
The ToDid Log
The running record of what you finished, with timestamps, sitting under every task list. This is the idea the product is named after.
Quick Capture
⌘ K from anywhere opens a capture box that wins even while you are typing somewhere else. One field and Enter by default, with everything else a switch away.
Horizon
The planning container. One set of incomplete tasks, three layouts: Sprint, Calendar and Kanban, switchable in place. Squad and up.
