Workspace settings
Rename, set an avatar, curate tags and phases, configure sprints, manage members and billing, tune the activity feed, and delete.

Rename the workspace (the auto-created "Your Name's Workspace" is meant to be renamed) and pick an avatar so the switcher is scannable when you run several.
The members list, pending invites, role changes, and per-project access all live here, alongside the plan and billing actions for the workspace.
Fifteen minutes now against a year of renaming things later. Tags and phases are shared vocabulary, so they are much easier to agree before there is work filed under the old words.
Give it a name and an avatar.
Open WorkspacesThe one you started with is called "Your Name's Workspace" and is meant to be renamed. The avatar is what makes the switcher scannable once you run more than one, which happens sooner than people expect.
Curate the tags and phases.
Phases become the tab row on every project in the workspace, so this is the step that shapes what a project looks like. Tags are the cross-project vocabulary. Both are workspace-wide on purpose.
Set the sprint length and start day, if you work in sprints.
It drives the Sprint view and everything counted against a sprint, so it is worth setting before the first one starts rather than halfway through.
Invite people last.
They land in a workspace that already has its vocabulary, which means their first task gets filed correctly instead of being retagged next month.
Watch out
Deleting a workspace also lives on this page, at the bottom, and only the owner sees it. It takes the projects, tasks and ToDid Log with it, so it asks you to type the workspace name rather than offering a button you could hit by accident.

Workspaces
A workspace holds projects, tasks, members and a shared AI budget. It is the unit of collaboration. Billing is not: one subscription covers every workspace you own.
Roles and project access
Owner, Admin, Member, and Guest, plus a per-person list of which projects they can see. Enforced in the database, not just the interface.
Tags
A shared workspace vocabulary you can put on any task, type while capturing, and filter by anywhere.
Phases
An admin-defined set of stages for the whole workspace, capped at twenty. They become the tab row on every project page.
Billing, invoices, and cancelling
Payments run through Stripe. Manage the card, download invoices, switch monthly to annual, or cancel, all from workspace settings.
