Inviting teammates

Invite by email and choose exactly which projects they land in. Unlimited teammates on every paid plan, with no per-seat charge.

From the workspace's members list, enter an email address, pick a role, and pick the projects they should have. They get an email with a link; accepting drops them straight into the workspace.

Pending invites are listed so you can see who has not accepted yet, and cancel one that went to the wrong address.

Email, role, send. The role is the only decision.

  1. Open the workspace and find Members.

Settings, Workspaces, then the workspace you want them in. An invite is always to a workspace, never to the whole account.

    Open workspace settings
  2. Enter their email and pick a role.

Member for someone doing the work, Admin for someone who should also manage the vocabulary and the people, Guest for someone who should only look. Owner cannot be handed out by invite.

  3. Then give them the projects they need.

Workspace membership is the door; project access is the room. A Guest lands as a viewer on whatever you choose, which is the read-only client case.

Pricing is flat per account. Squad and Business include unlimited teammates and unlimited workspaces, and the number of people you invite never changes the bill. Per-person pricing punishes you for collaborating, and we would rather you brought the whole team in.

Business includes free view-only guests: someone who needs to watch a project without editing it and without costing you anything.
