Comments and @mentions

Threaded comments on any task, with @mention autocomplete over workspace members and live updates in every open drawer.

By Updated

Every task has a thread at the bottom of its drawer. Comments appear live for anyone else with that task open, so two people looking at the same task see the same conversation without either of them refreshing.

Type @ and pick a workspace member from the autocomplete. They get a notification, and if your workspace has Slack connected it can land there too.

You can only mention people who are already members of the workspace. If the person you want is not in the list, they need an invite first.

Your own, from the three-dot menu on the row, at any time. Workspace admins and owners can also remove other people's comments, for the moderation cases that genuinely come up.

Deleting is a soft delete: the row stays in place so the rest of the thread still reads in order. A conversation with holes punched through it is harder to follow than one that says something was removed.
